REGISTRATION:
Please register by entering your details at our Online Registration Form.
On receipt of your registration we will send you a confirmation note and an invoice, which should be settled by the beginning of the conference.
CANCELLATION:
Unless another participant is designated, cancellation after 14 days before conference (date of receipt of the cancellation notice) and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the entire participation fee. Cancellations prior to this date shall be charged an administration fee of € 150. Cancellations and registrations must always be undertaken in writing.
The organizer reserves the right to change, postpone, relocate or cancel the entire event or parts thereof at short notice.
A rebooking from the face-to-face participation to the virtual event is possible at any time without additional costs.

I can no longer attend the event. Can I cancel my ticket?
Yes, you can cancel your ticket free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the event. After that, you will be charged the full ticket price. Alternatively, you can easily transfer your ticket to another person from your company. Our participant management team will be happy to assist you. I have a typo in my name, and I don't want it to appear on the name tag. How can I change it afterwards?
No problem. Just send us an email with the requested changes and your ticket number to delegates@service.sv-veranstaltungen.de, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

We always ensure your culinary satisfaction at our events.
